We helped ELSA Support with the design launch of their new lanyards. This involved selecting colours and ensuring ELSA Supports distinctive “bee” branding took centre stage on the detachable buckle. Moving forward, our focus shifted to capturing the essence of ELSA Support's small family business ethos through photography. From school settings to model shoots and e-commerce, our aim was to showcase the lanyards authentically in natural environments. This approach emphasised the personal touch of ELSA Support. We also provided graphics to spotlight the features and provide clear guidance on their usage, enhancing the user experience on the website.
Not only were they highly professional, but they were also friendly, open, and flexible, making the entire process a joy. The photographs were fabulous and really demonstrated the value of the product to our customers. Alex even modelled our lanyards and provided behind-the-scenes footage for our social media channels! We were so happy with the finished photos and graphics they provided for us. Nothing was too much trouble.
